Elacestrant is a SERD (Selective Estrogen Receptor Degrader) designed for the treatment of ER /HER2breast cancer. It works by breaking down something called ER signaling in cancer cells. You can get it in two sizes: a smaller one that’s 86 mg and a bigger one that’s 345 mg, and both come with a coating.
The doctors usually say to take the 345 mg tablet every day, and it’s best to do it with some food. Each bottle comes with 30 tablets.
