Entrectinib is used to treat solid tumors with NTRK-fusions and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that have ROS1 fusions. It works by stopping a bunch of kinases from doing their thing.
Administered in either 100 mg or 200 mg capsules, the recommended daily dose is 600 mg taken once per day, with or without food. Each bottle comes with 30 pills.
