You can get this drug in three doses: 3 mg, 4 mg, or 5 mg, all in these coated tablets. The usual dose is 8 mg, taken every day. But it can go up to 9 mg if needed.
This stuff comes in bottles with 56 pills in each. It works by blocking the FGFR2/3 alterations that contribute to the progression of urothelial carcinoma, and it is delivered in a convenient tablet format for ease of dosing. The dose can be changed to fit each person, so it works better and has fewer side effects.
