Futibatinib is a FGFR inhibitor. It’s made just for cholangiocarcinoma patients who have FGFR2 fusions. It works by stopping FGFR signaling.
You’re supposed to take this stuff at 20 mg, once a day. They come in 4 mg tablets, so you need to take five of them for a dose. Each bottle has 28 tablets.
That’s a total of 560 mg in one bottle. It’s really good at hitting that specific cancer, plus it’s easy to take with just a few pills per dose.
