Ixazomib is a proteasome inhibitor indicated for the treatment of multiple myeloma, typically used in combination with other therapies. It messes with how cancer cells break down their proteins, and that causes them to die. There are three doses of these capsules: 2.3mg, 3mg, and the biggest one, 4mg.
For grown-ups, the usual dose is 4mg, taken once a week, on days 1, 8, and 15 every 28 days. You get these in packs with three capsules in each one.
