Sorafenib is a type of kinase inhibitor. It specifically targets VEGFR, PDGFR, and RAF kinases. It’s used to treat advanced kidney cancer, inoperable liver cancer, and thyroid cancer that doesn’t respond to radioactive iodine.
You take it twice a day, 400 mg each time, for a total of 800 mg. And you have to take it on an empty stomach. You’ll find Sorafenib in 200 mg tablets.
