This drug is used for treating RCC, GIST, and NETs in the pancreas. It’s a multi-kinase inhibitor that zeroes in on VEGFR, PDGFR, and other kinases. You take 50 mg every day for four weeks, then take a two-week break.
It’s a six-week cycle. You can get this drug in doses of 12.5 mg, 25 mg, and 50 mg, all in capsule form. Each pack has 28 capsules to last you a month.
You can take it with or without food—it’s meant to be swallowed as a pill.
