Tepotinib is an inhibitor that targets MET. It’s used for NSCLC patients who have a specific kind of MET mutation called exon 14 skipping. It’s made to stop the MET signaling pathway.
The tablets are coated and come in 225 mg doses. You’re supposed to take 450 mg once a day, and it’s best to have it with food. The product is in bottles with 30 tablets each.
