Vemurafenib is used to treat melanoma with the BRAF V600E mutation. It’s a BRAF inhibitor. You can get it in 240 mg tablets that have a film coating.
The usual dose is 960 mg, taken two times a day, and it doesn’t matter if you take it with or without food. The tablets come in bottles with 112 of them.
