ROS1/NTRK Generic Drugs

Repotrectinib is an inhibitor for TRK, ROS1, and ALK. It’s mainly used to treat ROS1-positive lung cancer and some other types with NTRK gene fusions. It’s good at stopping different tyrosine kinases that help cancer cells grow and live.

You can take it as 40 mg capsules. The doc usually says start with 160 mg once a day for two weeks, then up to 160 mg two times a day. These capsules come in bottles with 60 capsules in each one.

This treatment is designed to reduce the impact of the kinase stuff that fuels certain cancers, helping to slow down the tumor’s growth.
