Larotrectinib is a TRK inhibitor. It goes after TRKA, TRKB, and TRKC. It’s for solid tumors with NTRK fusions.
You can get it in 25 mg or 100 mg caps or a 20 mg/mL liquid. The dose is usually 100 mg two times a day for grown-ups. For kids, it’s based on body size.
They come in bottles with 60 caps each.
