Selumetinib is a MEK inhibitor. It’s used especially to treat plexiform neurofibromas in people with neurofibromatosis type 1. It works by stopping MEK signaling.
The pills come in two doses: 10 mg and 25 mg. You’re supposed to take 25 mg/m² twice a day on an empty stomach. Each bottle has 60 capsules.
