Sunitinib is a multi-kinase inhibitor. It’s used to treat RCC, GIST, and pancreatic NET. It works by targeting VEGFR, PDGFR, and other important kinases.
You can get it in 12.5 mg, 25 mg, or 50 mg capsules. The usual dose is 50 mg, taken every day for 4 weeks at a time, after a break of 6 weeks. These capsules come in bottles with 28 units each.
