Vemurafenib is a BRAF inhibitor. It’s used to treat a type of melanoma caused by the BRAF V600E mutation. Its job is to stop BRAF signaling.
The drug comes in 240 mg tablets with a film coating. You’re supposed to take 960 mg of it two times a day. That’s four tablets each time.
You can take Vemurafenib with or without eating. It comes in bottles with 112 tablets. Each bottle gives you a whole month’s supply of the recommended dose.
These tablets are meant to be taken by mouth.
